Proposed hoisting and handling equipment
We have prepared a wider range of the bridge, low-suspension, portal and semi-portal cranes for 2005. The cranes are of the latest, light-weight construction.
We manufacture standard cranes, cranes for manipulation with lump materials in workshops and storage areas, as well as assembly cranes, e.g. for the assembly and maintenance of the power plant machinery. Special cranes, namely, complete handling facilities and systems for storage of rods and semi-finished goods. Grab cranes to handle household wastes, loose materials, hardening, casting cranes, cranes for the conditions distinguished for increased corrosion effects. Cranes and automatic handling facilities for refractory zinc smelting plants, pickling plants and various technologic shops. We are specialists in the supplies of explosion-proof cranes , for compressed gas stations and varnishing shops. We manufacture single-girder cranes type series -A- in four module sizes marked A0 to A3, depending on the loading capacity of girders and chassis, up to a capacity of 12.5 ton with a span up to 24 meters. For the higher capacity and a bigger span the double-girder cranes type series -AD- produced by us up to a loading capacity of 100 ton are more convenient.
Bridge Cranes
The crane bridges are made of light-wall box-type girders welded on a automatic welding line by means of the latest productive technology. Girders are designed from enclosed profiles made of very high-strength materials or rolled profiles. Crane crabs and girders are made of a high-quality cast steel or forgings designed with wheel rims or guide rollers, ensuring smooth and noiseless operation on the crane path.
Crane drives are internal, of a well-proven design with worm gearboxes and brake motors. They are equipped with the continuous electronic speed regulation by means of a frequency converter with the micro-travel and adjustable mode of starting to run, braking and maximum travelling speed preventing swinging of the load. Cranes may be operated from the floor, by means of the suspension-type push-button controller movable along the bridge or from an enclosed cab, and/or an open basket, and moreover from the fixed post - control room or remotely by radio signals.
Imports and Services of Pulley Blocks Made by R. STAHL
We import hoisting mechanism only from the German company R. STAHL having its registered seat at Stuttgart, manufacturing plant Kuenzelsau. They are the electric cable pulley blocks type series AS or new modern pulley blocks type SH. Also the electric chain pulley blocks type series T or new modern pulley blocks type ST.
We ensure imports of pulley blocks made by R.STAHL, their repairs and services.
