Manufacture of Hoisting Equipment
The foundation stone of our business consists in creating the most suitable technical design for the purchaser on the basis of the service conditions in question, We do not intend only passively to accept your requirements but we are ready and willing pro-actively to participate in solution of the tasks and problems connected with issues o manipulation and handling in your production processes. The first precondition is a knowledge of the crane basic particulars. For that purpose we have prepared a questionnaire of basic technical parameters, which you may complete on-line on our sites. If you still have not a sufficiently clear image of the incorporation in the production process, speeds etc., it will be enough if you state for which purpose the crane is to be used. We shall develop free on the basis of the questionnaire the technical proposal and quotation including all the required data characterizing the crane. If the client agrees with the proposal, we shall prepare the draft contract.
If also the crane path forms part of the supplies, the contract usually includes the developed design documentation of the crane path with the crane and longitudinal feeding trolley. We ask from the purchaser to approve the documentation or to comment thereon. The approved documentation shall serve as the binding supporting information for the pre-manufacture preparation, development of the workshop documentation and production.
Information Technologies ("IT")
The crucial point of all our activities is the highly effective IT equipment which constitutes the base for our works , beginning from processing the proposal (the "Offer"), static calculations, technical documentation made in CAD and preparation of the test certificates and manufacturing documents.
Quality Control and Management System
The controlling process commences from the time of development of the documentation. As regards the manufacturing plant Nehvizdy, it operates based on the complex quality control and management system verified and innovated in accordance with the latest standard specifications and regulations on an annual basis. The system comprises binding internal control instructions, beginning from the project preparation, ordering materials and subcontracted goods, manufacture, workshop tests prior to shipment, assembly and commissioning of the equipment. Orders are thus considered and executed on turn-key basis, including training of the attendance and maintenance personnel, which altogether creates the preconditions for a high reliability of the supplied equipment. If in spite of that a failure occurs due to defective materials or faulty procedure, we are ready to provide operatively both the warranty services and promotional services based on a separate contract. The purchaser is thus sure of that the supplied equipment will be reliable and safe.
The first condition to comply with the above principles is the fact that we have not changed our contractors since a long time ago. They include, above all, our electric pulley blocks (hoists). Our engineers/technicians pass regular training courses at R. Stahl, Germany where they acquaint themselves with design novelties and have an opportunity to repeat in detail the assembly and dismantling procedures of separate components.
